Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Because every item is printed on demand, processing may take up to 10 business days during high-volume periods. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard — 3–5 business days — $4.99

Delivery estimates are measured from the ship date, not the order date. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at Jelviedotstore@gmail.com if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
